Ten weekly one-hour small-group goalie sessions, one of three 10-week segments (fall, winter, spring) in a year-round plan, run with Sens Hockey Programs. Goalie training follows Hockey Canada, Finnish and Swedish models: mobility, edges, tracking, active stick and post play.
